Ordering

To Make a Purchase:

When you find an item you like, chose the colour and size, then click the “add to cart” button.  The item you have chosen will appear in your cart located to the top left of your screen.  To finalize your purchase, click “checkout” at the bottom right hand side of your cart.  Please review your entire order to make sure that the sizes, colours, and quantities are correct.  If you make a mistake, you can remove the item by checking box next to the item selecting “Update” at the bottom left hand side.  Once the order is confirmed, please follow the payment instructions to complete your order.

Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted.  This will have your complete order details and shipping address.  Please print out this document for your records.  If there are any mistakes on this email confirmation, please email us immediately at sales@gwaiiwear.com

Stock Availability:

We have limited stock per item which will be monitored and updated daily, but in the event you have ordered something that is currently out of stock, you will be notified via email and the necessary changes will be made to your billing.  You will also be notified on an estimated restocking date.

Payment Methods:

Payment is handled through PAYPAL, a safe and easy way to transfer payments and process credit cards.

During the checkout process, you will be redirected to the PAYPAL secure website. Please follow their site directions to complete your purchase. We accept all Major Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)

You do not need a PAYPAL account to make a purchase.

Orders Outside Canada

All credit card transactions made on www.gwaiiwear.com are taken in (CAD) Canadian dollars.

The actual charge to your credit card will be based on the exchange rates via PAYAL for the actual date payment is processsed.

Sales Tax:

Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST and an additional 7% PST charge to British Columbia residents.  United States residents will not be charged any taxes.

*Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country.  Gwaii Urban Wear does not collect taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be.  If you do incur these charges, you will be presented with an invoice which you are responsible for.  For additional information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Tracking an Order

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped which will include a tracking number.  You may check the status of your package at any time by clicking here??? And entering the tracking number or by clicking the link at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email.

Order Modifications

Please be advised that once an order has been placed and a transaction has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.
