Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt in Canada, 18 days of receipt in the US, and 28 days of receipt for all other international countries.  Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and still have all original tags intact.

Prior to the return/exchange, customers must contact sales@gwaiiwear.com within 4 business days of receiving the product explaining the reasons for a return or exchange.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Reduced pricing in purchased merchandise are a FINAL SALE. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Returning/Exchanging Product

Please ensure to securely pack and seal the returning merchandise as we do not accept damaged returns.  Along with the invoice in an appropriate shipping box, send the package using an insured service to:

Please note, we are not responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.  The recourse on the packages sent back is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process:

Once you package has been received by Gwaii Urban Wear, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days.  A notification email will be sent to the email address provided on the account once the transaction has been made.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from gwaiiwear.com.
